1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and booking with Jayasinghe Tours & Car Rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are considered unconfirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or Email. Prices quoted are based on standard itineraries and may change if the itinerary is heavily modified during the trip.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date will incur no penalty.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour/rental start may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• No-shows at the airport or pickup location will be charged the full rate of the first day.

4. Liability

While we prioritize your safety, Jayasinghe Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to luggage or personal property during the tour. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Sri Lanka.
